Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. During particularly busy periods (including seasonal demand), dispatch times may be slightly extended, though we always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.

In the rare event of a temporary steel shortage affecting stock, we will contact you promptly with revised lead times and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Delivery Service

We offer a simple, reliable tracked delivery service via Evri.

Shipping Rates – this is based on multiple signs with an increase of metal weight

• Orders £1.00 – £50.00
  2–4 business days — £5.99
• Orders £50.01 – £80.00
  2–4 business days — £6.99
• Orders £80.01 and above
  2–4 business days — £7.99

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required upon delivery.

If you are not going to be available, delivery preferences can be updated directly via your tracking link.

Delivery Information

• Deliveries may occur up to 8:00pm, including for business addresses
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where required
• We cannot accept responsibility for failed delivery attempts where no one is present at the address provided

Please ensure your delivery details are entered accurately at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information.

Delivery Times & Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. While we work with trusted couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, the courier is responsible for the delivery. However, we will always assist in resolving any issues where possible.

Missing or Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your parcel:

• Please check with neighbours or your local safe place
• Contact the courier directly using your tracking details
• If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@suffolkshed.co.uk including photographs of the item and packaging.

Important Notes

• We do not offer alternative shipping carriers or services, as the nature and weight of our steel products limit viable options although this is something we are looking into
• All delivery services are subject to availability and external conditions
