Refunds

• Returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if items are returned in an unsuitable condition.

Delivery Issues & Faults

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@suffolkshed.co.uk including clear photographs of the damage..

We will resolve the matter promptly.

Please note: Steel is a raw, industrial material and may feature natural variations. These are part of its character and are not considered faults.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Should you require an alternative item, we suggest you return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
