Once we have received your order we will endeavour to process within 2-3 working days. If in the unlikely event any items are not in stock, we will contact you via email. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
NB:- Our metal art has to go through several processes and if there is a delay on a certain finish this will be indicated on the listing.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order then please email Info@suffolkshed.co.uk
Once an order has been placed you have the right to cancel
However, if we have already dispatched the items to you then you will need to send these back to us by filling in the returns form and will be responsible for returned insured & tracked postage.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return any items this needs to be done within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return please email Info@suffolkshed.co.uk and we will email a returns form. We will contact you and send you instructions on where to send your package.
The goods must be sent back in the original packaging and in perfect condition
We would also ask that you send the items back by signed for post so that you have proof of postage and also ensure that the insurance covers the cost of the items.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged
Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to refund the postage for returned items unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.
All refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days of receipt of the return to the initial method of payment.
Whilst waiting for the card to be refunded we cannot be held responsible for any interest incurred during this time.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
